Hi, I'm Ben 👋

I’ve lived both extremes of the fitness world.

I lost 25kg, put it back on, then had to lose it again. Along the way, I battled bulimia, multiple serious injuries (ACL, Achilles, shoulder surgeries, pec tears, broken bones), and learned firsthand how quickly discipline can turn into self-destruction.

I’ve competed as a state-level runner, swimmer, and team sport athlete, and later in IFBB bodybuilding. I’ve coached athletes onto stage, worked 4.5 years in corporate, and spent 7+ years coaching across personal training, group training, fat loss, and performance.

I understand both ends of the spectrum- obsession and neglect, overtraining and burnout.
